I went there to get a nail out of one of my tires in my truck. I have always had great experiences here, except for air pressure. I have all terrain truck tires, that have a max psi of 50 lbs... I usually run a few lbs lower (42-45 lbs) and unless I specify that pressure, they want to only put 35 lbs in it. This visit, I had 3 tires at 49 lbs (just finished towing a camper across country) and 1 tire with 42 (had the nail). When I picked up my truck, ALL 3 tires were at 35 lbs... I remember speaking with one of the air attendants in the past, and the manager told them to just read to door sticker, for the tire pressure. Please, PLEASE.... Know what pressure is required for the tires you have on your vehicle, as having the wrong pressure could cause unnecessary wear and tear, as well as reduced stopping power and handling. Make sure they check the actual tire when they fill it, and not the door, if you have anything other than factory tires on your vehicle...

I just want to give a rave review to the employees at Discount Tire on Bell Rd to n Surprise, AZ. I took my car 🚗 n because the tire sensor gave me notice that one of my tires was losing tire pressure. It was promptly checked and was found to have a screw embedded. The flat was patched and the tire was reinflated and rebalanced. All with the cost to me of $0000! And it was taken care of very promptly. I will highly recommend Discount Tire and I’ll be sure to patronize them for all my tire needs in the future. Thank you Discount Tire.

Always very busy here, but they took less than an hour to fix a leaking tire. I have the extra warranty on my tires that they offer, so this fix was free. The young man who actually did the work spoke to me and assured me that all was good now. Also, they have a good way to keep you informed of the progress of your repair while you wait, via text messages. I highly recommend Discount Tire in general and this one in particular. 🙂

Honest to God this is the best Discount tire in the entire country! Jerry should be given a raise along with Nick and Dustin. Their customer service is so outstanding in a time when employees and customers are so difficult to deal with and everybody is all stressed out these guys made the best out of our more than challenging Winnebago Travato tire setup. They remained chill helped us to understand the issues and what was needed and followed up with us more than 2weeks out when our last few lug bolts came in due to nationwide supply shortages. They are so on top of their game and we won't be taking vehicles anywhere else ever again! This is it! Take your tires here!
