I’ll be honest, this place had a lot of negative reviews which scared me but I decided to go for it anyways. My boyfriend and I came to SF for our anniversary and this was a great stay. We were comfortable, never felt “unsafe”, room was clean, the service at the front desk was great, no complaints really. If you’re a picky person then maybe this place isn’t for you, and that probably goes for a lot of things in life. Thanks for the stay Mylo!

So where to start... We arrive at the hotel and learn that parking costs 10€ per day, for a room at 300€ per night I find that very petty! After long minutes of waiting at the reception, the receptionist, all very smiling, gives us the keys to the room. We arrive in a lousy room, hair and hair in the bathroom, pillows as thin as sheets of paper, the door of the room closed badly and we see through the joints, in short a disaster we will not stay one more night in this dump at 300€ per night!

Back when I stayed in Feb 26 they werent working. To be more specific the room didn't have the right wall outlet to plug in the ac/heater so it was a cold stay
No reason to false advertise..It is what you make it out to be. This is a quiet and peaceful place to stay in.
