My husband and I had a reservation for October 7-10.We are both disabled and I use a wheelchair for mobility. I spoke with Chris Miller when we made the reservation and I requested a handicapped unit , with special accommodations for bathing. Chris assured me that it wouldn’t be a problem. I reiterated the importance of these requests. We arrived at the property at approximately 12:30 pm today, only to be told that the property had no accommodations for people with disabilities and our unit would be on the third floor but perhaps someone from maintenance could provide a ramp to help my wheelchair get in the room. Lisa also informed us that check in was at four o’clock. This was explained to my husband, while I waited in the car. I then called called Lisa for clarification and was told the same thing but in a more hostile tone. And she stated that it was marketing problem not hers. I called reservations and spoke with Joshua and he was very pleasant and worked on trying to get the issue resolved. I just spoke with Jennifer and she was also trying to work on a resolution but by this time we just found a hotel and rented a room for two nights. It is really sad that in 2022 we still have to deal with discriminatory policies.

Nice staff. AC unit was funky smelling at first but they fixed it.

You will get spam calls every single week. You can block the calls but they keep on coming. It's been over 2 years since we have stayed and I continue to get these calls. I would not stay here at all costs.

I would like to say that I had a wonderful time again but I can't. I went on the hopes of arranging too sell the units that I purchased for my wife. Since she passed I have no desire to be there without her. Don't get me wrong it's a great place for a vacation with the one's you love.
