The hours this branch is open are ridiculous. They are only open until 4:30 Monday through Friday (no weekend hours). So anyone who works during the week cannot pick up any packages if a notice is left in their mailbox unless they leave work early or have someone else pick up their mail. Poor customer oriented business practice.

Google Guide LvL10 Review- Love this location. On the outskirts of City of Orange 🍊 Plaza or The 🍊 Orange Circle or 🍊Square ( 🤣 lots of names...even fore locals). @ cross-streets of Lemon & Chapman Ave Orange Ca (Diagonal from Muffler shop & across from Omega Burger & Snooze). Once the main hub for this part of OC. Fortunately the architecture & layout has mainly stayed the same. Def has a Fatima look currently tho. Has full service USPS including P.O. Boxes. Usually NOT crowded & has ample parking. Certainly easy to find & visit or use USPS services.

Quick working staff and the despot boxes make it easy and safe to send my packages without having to wait in line. Great interior design and staff as well! The parking can be a pain though and it doesn't have a handicapped way up. However, other than that it is a great place.

This is one of the worst post offices around. All clerks except one lady are all rude and very slow. I understand this is part of Old Town Orange so building and parking lot are very small but should have more than 1 clerk working at once. There is a line 90% of the time and even if the line is short, it takes long because service is slow and rude. To add to the 1 star, they even close earlier than any other post office. They close at 4:30 P.M. and the lady kicked me out even though I walked in exactly at 4:30 and all I needed was a drop off receipt. She told me and another customer to leave while there is a long line. If she was apologetic and told me they don't accept anymore customers at 4:30, then I wouldn't have left this negative review but she was rude and even though I explained I only needed a receipt since I have the postage ready, she just said, "you can drop it off but I can't scan it."
