2.5 stars for an Anniversary dinner that was just “ok”. The salsa, chips and guacamole will cost you $14, so when asked if you want chips and salsa, be careful. Mole Tostaditas were good, probably the best part of the meal with chicken mole on top of tostadas (3 per serving) and queso and crema on top. Shrimp enchiladas were just ok, shrimp were a good size, but the sauce lacked spice (it’s a jalapeño sauce) so I asked for hot sauce and was charged an extra $2 for habanero sauce. Enchiladas Suizas come in a dark green sauce (not white cream as you’d normally expect). Only ate half of this entree - comes with white rice and black beans. Caipirinha tasted like a margarita, we were also disappointed. The La Tropical was just ok, didn’t have much “bubbles” to it and tasted good but was mostly juice. The Chuparosa cocktail would have been the best but it was overly sweet with a heavy pour of agave. The bill also includes an automatic “kitchen appreciation” fee of $2.76 (likely a % of your total) so be mindful of this when calculating your tip. Overall just ok, not the best Mexican food and nothing remarkable that would compel me to come back. Kudos for the nice ambiance and cute decor.

I was greatly disappointed with this restaurant. We made reservations the day before which was not honored. We had a party of 13. I had the enchilada plate which was served with white rice and black beans. The enchiladas were dry and the tortillas were as touch as leather. The rice had no flavor and the beans were totally dry. My wife ordered a taco dinner. Her dinner consisted of two tacos without any sides being served. I was shocked!! To make matters worse, the dinner items were overpriced. I will never go to this restaurant again. I’m so surprised that they are in business. On a positive note, the waiter who attended to us was fantastic. He went out of his way to attend to our every request. We ordered appetizers, main dishes and dessert. The chocolate churros were very good.

We were a party of about six, but when we were seated, it wasn't that busy. However, it took forever to order and our food and drinks still took forever to come. The food was more expensive than I think it was worth, same with the drinks. Getting the check took half an hour and we asked several people for our waiter. The place looks cool, but I don't have much else to say about the restaurant. I probably wouldn't come again.

The good news was that half the dishes were really good and the other half were decent. The issues were the service and the price. They even add a Kitchen Appreciation fee without telling you.

Masks required upon entering and leaving ' tables are distanced ' felt safe eating here!!! Tacos are 🔥
Best bet is anywhere along the plaza sidewalks. There are also small lots behind most storefronts.
