Cooperative and very friendly staff. Thanks to Annie for helping me out in a very friendly manner. It took me about 20 minutes to complete everything.

They require appointments now and no longer takes walk-in. You will have to queue outside the building to wait for your turn which is super hot. Awful.

This office is easy to see from the front if you're entering from one direction, not so easy to find from the back where the parking lot is located. Find it on the street before parking to know where to go. (I don't enjoy having to go through several areas to find an office.) I took a number once inside and started to fill out paperwork. I was called before completing them and found I didn't need to finish them as they had full and complete records on me. I had filled out the paperwork 20 years ago for a name addition and nothing had changed since then. I would have liked to have gotten my replacement card then and there, but they are mailing it to me within 5 days, so I can live that. I was treated kindly and respectfully by the service rep., which was a relief in my freaked out mood from tearing my house apart to find my card.

Great office. Small but comfortable. I've been 3 times and wait usually 20 minutes (without appointment). The staff are helpful and able to answer questions. So much about SS and Medicare that's confusing it really is important to talk with someone. Big thanks to Brian Anderson who is so nice and helpful.

I need to talk to someone about my options with Medicare. I have part A, but want to add B & D.
Call. Honestly if you walk in its not more than a 1 hr. wait. If you call it might take you DAYS to get through. Good luck
Need to bring CA Drivers License or ID.
I call. recording says too busy to answer then hang up or 1hr 40min wait time. Called atleast 12 times over last two weeks.
I need to know at what age I can start receiving my own retirement earning sine I'm receiving my husband SS income who passed away please answer me asap. Thanks
Do i need to com in
My husband and i both have Medicare part A but his employer pays for our insurance under group plan. Do we hold back on B.?
Yes you do. You can go in an make a appointment while getting started
I don’t think you need one. You can just walk in. I did the same thing. Try going on Tuesday to Friday after 2:00pm and you will be able to get things done quickly.
Talk to your payroll person.
Not 100% sure, but I had to make phone appointment and they said they're busy because in person is closed. I doubt Brea is an exception but good luck :)
If you're appointment was really for 2pm, probably not. Maybe it was a reminder or something similar. My mother had a 10am appt last week and they called her at exactly at 10am. Edit: I suppose different representatives could be more or less punctual, but 2.5hrs seems absurd.
No it is closed to the public
Wait the 30 minutes I would say.
Yes you do. Your medicare issues can get resolved at an SSA
Good luck i received a letter stating i had a one time payment of $2072 and the administration dont know where the funds are at ? Again i wish you good luck
You do not need! Just Walkin be okay!
Call, go on line or just go as a walk in. You must go the one in your area or they will not see you.
