I had to deal with the most incompetent lazy social worker. She would tell me she never received any paperwork I submitted, but when I told her I had talked to her supervisor and 5 minutes later the paperwork she said was missing miraculously appeared at her desk. I don’t understand how the have those people working in that field.

I would give ZERO if I could! I somehow got put onto Medi-cal without my permission due to inaccurate information. Have been dealing with them for 3 months, Can never get thru or on hold for over an hour and half. Told my case was escalated to a priority ticket, which never happened. I am caught in some bureaucratic hell!!

The most insensitive staff I've encounter in my 20 years of working in IHSS. They have no sense of compassion for the provider. Staff talk you as if your a issue has no merits. Social worker, not acting as though they can't do there job.( It's a sad day when you can't even get someone to just answer the PHONE.) THE SENIOR SUFFER WHEN SOCIAL WORKER NEGLECT TO DO THEIR JOBS. ALONG WITH ALL GOOD CARE PROVIDERS WHOSE REALLY DOING THEIR JOB.( A SAD DAY INDEED).
