We have a love-hate relationship. I love the days when there are sufficient checkers open and it makes life easy. And hate it when they shut it all down to one line and there is a wait down the aisle. Even though they now have self check out. Sometimes you need stuff that only a regular register can do. Come one guys, get with the program. The Superior location in Gardena have it together. Why can't you?

Bad real bad customer service by cashier in register 001 named SHAWANDA. She thanked and wished a blessed evening to an African American guy who paid in front of us. When it was my turn she did not say thank you or anything just handed my receipt and kept talking to co-worker. When i asked what happened she replied with a "oh did i hurt your feelings " unacceptable and unprofessional. Seems like we Latinos get a different treatment and our business its not appreciated even thou we spend 100s and 100s of dollars in there.
