I love American Air Conditioning and use them yearly for my AC maintenance. Their technicians are always professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. I just signed up for their subscription/ membership plan which makes total sense if you’re a home owner. They come out twice a year to inspect and maintain both the heating and cooling systems. I would hate to see either of them go out especially during the summer and or winter when we need it the most. Josh, the technician, was outstanding; very knowledgeable and gave me great tips and tricks on how to maintain my AC unit and the lifespan on it. He even give he even quoted me on some projects I might have done later this year. I’m glad I was able to touch base on a couple projects I need done around the house since I wasn’t aware this company did more tan just AC work. Highly recommend! I am sure you will be satisfied with the quality of work.

George arrived right on time and spent quite a bit of time explaining everything to me. He showed me the results of his tests and he explained his recommendations. He took great care to ensure everything was in good working order. I am very satisfied with the work and will definitely call American Air when I need further service.

When Joshua came to my home, I was impressed by how well dressed and clean, he was. He showed me the brochure, for the company and explained what he was going to do and what was involved. Then he went to work, cleaning and did maintaining the heating and air conditioning units. He did a great job. Each step of the way, he took photos of all that he did. He took the time to show me the photos and explained it to me. I am not mechanical, but he explain it all so I could understand. But he did not speak down to me. He was very respectful and pleasant to work with. I was so impressed with his work and manner, I signed up for the service club. Knowing that Joshua will be coming every 6 months to maintain systems, is wonderful. Thank you, American Air conditioner for excellent service, and hiring knowledgeable people, like Joshua, who work hard to make our homes functioning well.
