Will and Sandy keep their place updated and clean, replacing furniture and fixtures in 2022. They speak English well and create a welcoming, non-hostile environment like I've felt at other places where I felt I was being talked about and even laughed at by workers speaking their native language. After a few visits, I am now always warmly welcomed by name, and if I call in to make an appointment, I can usually get in the same day.

Had an appointment set for 11. They sent us to our pedicure chairs when we walked in and sat there for 45 minutes until we were finally helped. The pedicure was nice. However, I also got a gel manicure. The gel was chipped within two days and has already peeled up not even a week later. Another girl with me got an acrylic set, a few of her nails were crooked and setting high off her nail. The bride of the group had photo references and got told what she wanted was a “bubble bath” all they gave her was very light pink nails. There was no white blended on the tips. They seemed in a rush on did not care about how they’re work came out.
