Highly recommend this place recently had new owners take over and they are great! stocking the place with much-needed cleaning and janitorial supplies. Very friendly, also bringing in lots of new equipment. knowledgeable technician for repair work on vacuums even Truckmounts. i’m sure he knows a lot more but those are the main things we use him for.

Sent in my mother’s sewing machine for repair. Machine itself was too old and parts were no longer manufactured, but the company did their due diligence in finding parts, and kept me in the loop the entire time. I was showed possible sewing machines to purchase. My mother came with me for a second visit. They treated her well as well. Would definite recommend to anyone looking for sewing machine repairs and/or purchase.

I only go to have my vacuum cleaner serviced or buy a belt. The woman is incredibly rude, but, if you let her know that her behavior is unacceptable, she backs down. It is unfortunate that you have to tell a business person how to conduct business.

We dropped off our Rug Doctor since Arman's was identified as the vendor in our area to get the machine repaired. We were told we would hear back from them in about 3-4 days. Nothing after 2 weeks so we called and asked for status. They claimed they we were waiting to hear from Rug Doctor and that they are bad about calling them back. Give us another week and we'll call you. Again, nothing but crickets after a week. So, we call Rug Doctor to maybe help facilitate the issue. Rug Doctor picks up right away and is horrified that Arman's was claiming they were the hold up. They ask a few questions, called Arman's themselves and tell me they are shipping all the parts even though some weren't under warranty. 3 more weeks go by allowing time for the parts to arrive and for Arman's to complete the repairs. Give them a call and again they are clueless with no status.
