Utterly incompetent. They maintain their own arbitrary schedules so don’t bother showing up in the hours they claim they are open. Calling ahead to confirm the department you need to meet with is available is also useless.
Special shout-out to Ebony in Engineering who is the poster child of government incompetence and bad attitudes.

I have an issue with a couple of my neighbors placing their garbage cans to save parking spaces even when its not trash day how can I resolve this issue we are all tax payers and yet they believe they own the street.

Call the traffic people at city hall. Hopefully they will help you, because they have not been helpful to me (commercial vehicle parking issue).
My car was keyed while parked in front of city hall. There is a camera but my friend said from personal experience police will not look into it. I know about the day and time and got an idea of who. Is it true police won't look at the video?
