I used to really enjoy this car wash. Staff was always very nice. I ended up getting the hot wax package and had it for about a year and a half. Over the last 6 months I feel like this place has gone down hill. Half the time the machine is broken on one of the sides or even the back. So my SUV will be full of dirt and scuz on the left or the right or even the back part. Tire cleaner almost never works. Employees are trying to get in as many vehicles as they can that I don't even think they are changing the type of wash per each vehicle. I kept trying to give this place a chance because I used to love it but I finally decided to cancel my membership.

I have been a member of Clean Freak CarWash for many years now and I wouldn’t take my three vehicles anywhere else! The staff is polite abs the wash definitely makes my cars shine! The monthly subscription is affordable and the way to go!

0/10 PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE at all cost. I recommend going to Super Star or Jackson or Quick Quack car wash location instead. First the entire place is run down but tried to be optimistic given the 1K reviews with 3.9 average but I should have trusted the most recent reviews. Results of my car wash: 1) Car still dirty and a few NEW scratches on the passenger side 2) Employee loaded cars too close so at the end of the wash, the car behind me almost HIT ME!! 3)Tried to report the incident to the manager as both me and the car in back were freaked out that we almost just had an accident BUT NO MANAGER ON SITE and employees had no idea who the manager was. So my advice is to just save the potential cost of car damage and go to a location that cares about customer service and has higher standards of quality. Clean freak may have been good back in the day but definitely should not be in business today.

I purchased the monthly package. The you g kids who guide the cars often not paying attention. Last time I was there Two thing happened: first, a boy and a girl were punching each other, playfully or not, they were totally disinterested in the customer, then second, I heard a noise going through and did not notice until later but two deep scratches below my rear window. I called and canceled the plan. No “I’m sorry” or “bring it in so we can look at it”. Done with them. They need to out of business

I think there hours changed recently for the season
You can just call them to cancel the reaccuring pass. However it will save you a ton of money every month. We know go at least 7 to 10 a month
Call them on the phone while they are open and talk to the manager!
The quality of the wash is questionable. I have the monthly membership and normally drive to a different location because this one doesn't rinse well and there is always lots of soap left on my car. The vacuums also need a little help. Great deal .... Bad location
