This is the worst MVD around. No customer service and they are rude and lazy. Do not go to this MVD. The old lady broken my window while slamming my car door she would paid to fix it. She need learn how to treat teenagers or get another job where you don’t have to deal with people. MVD is really hiring anyone right now with no customer service experience.

Priscilla was super nice and attending! Helped me with what I needed in order to prepare for my license and what to expect from it and what to bring. I’ve been to numerous DMV’s with bad experiences and customer service but this one out performs all of them and I’d definitely come back to this one, I’d recommend it.

These ppl are only here to clock in and out. Lazy taking their time. Desiree, one of the workers didn't help at all. She stated that her computer had log her out. Just so she can give my paper work to another worker. Gives such an ugly attitude, no customer service. You can really tell she hates her job. Wouldn't want to stop here anymore.

I was actually very impressed with how fast it went. Took my son to get his permit and we were literally in and out. I now have a very happy and excited 16 year old. FYI God help us all...... lol!

Since it was an or question, I'll answer for anyone else looking. You do not need an appointment.
You can just walk in. You may have to wait tho.
I saw the dmv do a vision test when someone renewed their license.
