I meant to post this a while ago but it had slipped my mind. I was in the Surprise location last Dec. There was a mishap and one of my tires on a duel wheel got some sidewall damage. I dealt with Steven the onsite manager. Even after I lost my temper and acted like a child. He stayed respectful and professional. When it was all done he made it right. I apologized to him for my rudeness and tone. He apologized to me although he really didn't have anything to apologize for. I'll use them as long as I'm in the area.

Fast lines. Quick testing. A passed test is notified to MVD digitally, so you can pay for registration immediately without having to send in documentation.

They are really fast and now they can give you a gadget to connect to your car's computer to tell you when it's ready everyone is nice and very professional, going to emissions is way faster than before and they take the stress out of it.

They were done before I had time to start playing a game one my phone in the booth. Very fast, very friendly. Will use again the next time I need emission testing done

You enter in the lot and drive around the building to the back. You pick a lane depending on your car. They should be labeled depending on age of car I believe left lane for sure is newer cars. So cars that can use the OBD scanner. Someone will meet you in the lane ask for information. You wait in a booth while they test the car and they tell you if you pass or not. You pay the 17 dollars and you drive happy as long as you pass lol
