A few days ago I was shopping at the RACK as I like to call it and a wonderful young man named Johnias helped me out and he was fantastic. I need a business casual work outfit and Johnias helped me pick out the perfect attire. He was very knowledgeable and was excellent with his customer service skills. I will definitely be shopping here more often for work attire. 10/10 experience!

I purchased shoes and a shirt. The shoes weren’t in the box but the shirt was. I was told by Nordstrom they would refund the shoes and I could order another pair. I paid for a second pair and received them. However, the internal investigation team told me my claim was denied and gave me advice to protect Myself from theft in the future. This was not a package theft, I signed for the package. Nordstrom is the thief here. I would like you to refund what I paid for the shoes I didn’t receive. This is not ok. I will make sure to shop at neiman marcus in the future. Never Nordstrom again!

Today I had the pleasure of Joahnis assist me during checkout. To make a long story short- he was pleasant, polite, knowledgeable and the best sales man I’ve met in along time! When offering me the Nordstrom rewards card he quickly overcame my 4-5 objections as to why I felt I shouldn’t get it. I started to laugh bc he was so good! Somebody needs to make this young man a manager! Or better yet maybe I’ll have him come work in sales w me! Thanks again Joahnis : )

So happy to have found this location and their shoe department is amazing!! Never have I found so many options for my size!! Not even at a true shoe shore.
