Everyone at King Optical is wonderful! I had found frames elsewhere and went to King, they had the same ones in their catalog for a great deal!! Awesome service, friendly staff! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

I live right around the corner from King and had no idea it existed until today, when my one of my sunglasses' temples came off because of a missing screw. With a vacation beginning tomorrow, I wanted them fixed ASAP. I walked into King Optical, explained the situation to the kind young woman at the front desk, and she said they could have them ready in just a few minutes. I came back after lunch and they were good as new. Plus, they didn't even charge me. "It's just a little screw," she said! Place is great and I look forward to the opportunity to go back there and experience their great service again!

I called on Thursday morning to inquire about repairing my glasses. When I arrived I was greeted at the counter by Jessica who was extremely friendly and outgoing. Within 5 minutes of arrival my glasses were repaired and at no cost. The whole experience from one I first called to arriving in the office was excellent. A repair that could have cost me several hours and hundreds of dollars was free and amazing. King Optical has gained a customer for life.

Every person there was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I was just ordering glasses through insurance and other places have been condescending and unprofessional, yet I had a great experience at King Optical with no pressure to buy. I only received helpful information/advice. Would recommend especially if you are new to glasses or contacts.
