Pretty impressed took my Grandson for a Summer haircut. Stylist was great with a squirming 2.5 year old. She was really nice and did a great job. We walked in and had to wait less then a hour

I have been coming to this location for over 5 years and the service has definitely deteriorated. It used to be I would book an appointment and be seen on time. Now I book ahead and still get bumped with a 30 minute wait with my 8 year old son. It was never phenomenal but at least they used to be punctual and courteous.

They should absolutely take walking. You should be quoted a wait time upon arrival
Yes they are, we are still taking reservations so they will quote you a wait time upon arrival. You can always call for reservation as well
