From day one, it was a welcoming and positive atmosphere. I really liked the privacy and tailored exercises. Rose was so flexible with my schedule and made sure I didn’t miss out on any of my session. My trainer Nick made sure I left drenched in sweat. He was very informative too. He gave me advice about different types of food and products to help me gain muscle. Highly recommend body science. Great time and free parking!

We train many clients post physically therapy. Once you have been cleared for physical activity by your doctor and therapist, our personal trainers can work with you to regain strength and mobility. A proper and safe personal training routine can be invaluable post injury. We work with clients from many communities including Quincy ma and we are very centrally located to Milton MA, Dorchester Ma, Randolph MA and Weymouth MA. Also very accessible to those who commute from the South Shore to Boston.
Yes, we have many clients who prefer the convenience of virtual personal training. Accountability without having to travel. We are able to provide enough equipment to clients who do not own their own. Virtual personal training is an extremely effective to stay accountable and get great results.
Typically you will be in the studio at least an hour. We have a cardio room with treadmills, ellipticals and a bike which is free for the use of our clients. The majority of personal training sessions are 30 min long although we do have an option to book 45 minutes once it is determined the client needs more than one hour of total exercise to achieve their goals. Our personal training sessions are highly effective and our clients progress is constantly monitored.
Yes, all of our personal training programs come with a free nutritional plan customized to your metabolism. You will receive a full body weigh in measuring your body fat, muscle and base metabolism which we use to customize your nutritional plan so you can be sure to reach your goals when you follow the plan. We also provide weekly weigh ins if desired to track progress for weight loss.
Our personal training studio is located just a 1/2 mile from Quincy ma and at least half of our clients are from Quincy and surrounding towns due to the fact that we are just seconds from the Braintree split making us super assessible to many towns such Milton, Dorchester, Randolph and Weymouth. Yes, absolutely. While of course it is best for a client to have a regularly scheduled personal training appointment we have many clients who have different work schedules every week. We work with those clients to schedule personal training or Pilates sessions around their commitments.
