Good morning my name is Livan I was there 2 days ago to get the back of my phone fix. I wet yo drop off my phone and return 2 hours later to pick it up. I was driving back when I realized they forgot to put my SIM card back. So I’m in the middle of no where with no service now with no way of getting to Apple Store because I did not know my way back. I had to pull over ask someone for their phone and call my GF. I told my GF to call me an Uber there it was around $60 dollar. So I’m head back they find my SIM card in the trash, so my gf call an Uber back to where I left my car another $60. So they promise to give me some type of store credit 2 days later I still have not received anything from them, and now my phone won’t turn on .

I bought a brand new iPhone 13 pro and screen protector, after the staff applied the screen protector i noticed long bubbles along the side of the edge of the of the screen protector and instead of replacing it for me after complaining they had the audacity to tell me that that was how the screen protector is made. I’m sure apple allowed such products to be released…. Get new staff please, or train them properly because we do not need to waste our money to deal with this sort of ignorance.
