Today my left eyebrow was butchered off. Half of my eyebrow is missing! It’s so bad that you can see the tan line of where hair is supposed to be because there’s no longer hair there. The lady lied and said she just cleaned it up but clearly you took so much hair off and claimed I had bald spots. I know my face! I told them to tint it because it was the only solution I had to fill the gaps of the hair that’s missing. Not realizing I have no tail on my left brow. Pictures posted for horrible result. I’m very disappointed. Do not go to the older lady for any work. While I was waiting for the tint to settle, she did another customer and even that customer told her she didn’t like it. Worst experience to go through especially right before a vacation.

I have been going to the Bell location for about a year and I am always pleased not only with my brows/tinting but the service and warm welcome. All of the ladies do an amazing job! I have yet to learn their names (I will do better) but they are all so kind. One stopped to tell me that she loved the way I put myself together! It truly made my day! I moved further away but I will continue to come to that location for all reasons above! Thank you!

Went to the one on Bell. Little hole in the wall place and was a little worried due to the extremely low price. The woman working there took all of 5 minutes to do my brows so I was extremely worried to look in the mirror… I was SHOCKED how good they looked. Going to be a consistent customer.

I’ve been having my eyebrows done here for more than 2 years now, they’ve always done it on how i asked it but the elderly lady who did my eyebrows now, made my eyebrows way too thin and uneven. Careless as well. I’m disappointed and upset with how she did it! i told her it’s uneven! But she didn’t say anything or apologize!
