Absolutely Excellent Customer Service! Today, June 27, 2022, 6:30pm, both clerks, female Hispanics, were so friendly and patient to explain process and options. I left very happy and shall return! 2 years ago I gave a low review because service was the extreme opposite! I returned and without hesitation gave a well deserved 5 stars!

Cons. If you have an older vehicle the fees are high. It cost almost 200% more than going to the DMV $40 vs $77. $1.00 charge to run a credit card, $1.00 bag for temp plate 25 for title and registration/ plate. The one thing that REALLY REALLY IRRITATED me was 10.00 for a paper title that I did not ask for. The state uses e-title now. THEY SHOULD HAVE ASKED AND NOT ASSUMED thus the rating. Pros. Very fast and convenient. On a transaction that's 500.00 plus it's a minimal charge. If your busy it may be worth it.

The service fee is $25.00 but for the whole transaction it varies per vehicle.
Registrations and plates are now being mailed out in ALL offices, including the main MVD.
No, only title and registration.
