I just want to say Ramon and Kevin are my go to people for pallets. I & R Pallets is family owned and operated which is super important to me. Ramon is the owner and has been in business for over 10+ years when he took over for his grandfather in 1996. Ever since he’s been able to deliver us pallets when we’ve needed them the most, especially during the pandemic. Kevin is Ramon’s nephew and he handles all new incoming orders, sending invoices, ect. They work great as a team and are always on time, and do a great job of communicating any issues that might come up. I highly recommend them for any of your pallet needs. Today I ordered 500 48 x 40 #1 Pallets and they were delivered the next day! Their service is unbeatable and I never have any issues with the pallets they send me. The previous pallet supplier I had would send me broken pallets and our client would get mad. Glad I been able to find a reliable pallet supplier. If you’re looking for pallets look no further.

I & R Pallets is the best pallet company in Los Angeles. Kevin and his staff are great to work with. The drivers are polite and help unload and load some of the broken pallets that we usually have. Overall, they have great customer service. I order 500 custom sized pallets every two weeks. This time around I asked for same day delivery and they were ready in 2 hours. The workers were very quick and loaded them up on my personal truck and even helped to secure them. Awesome place.

Kevin has been very helpful, we've received 500 pallets from them this past month and are very pleased. They waived the delivery fee because it was our first order which was much appreciated. The driver Israel is always on time and Kevin follows up promptly via email and text to confirm eta. He also calls after the delivery to make sure everything went well and see how they can improve. We love working with I & R Pallets and we highly recommend them to others.

We can't say enough good things about I & R Pallets.  We called them this morning about needing some pallets, and they were able to assist us right away. We didn't really know what type of pallets would be best for our needs.  Kevin was incredible in providing amazing personal service to quickly help us find the perfect pallets to get our job done. Not only did they have the ideal pallets in stock, they even loaded the pallets right in the back of our truck for us!
