My Stepmother came in from San Ysidro on their last bus that left their at 8:00pm. It arrived in Pacoima after 11:00pm Van Nuys and Laurel Canyon. My Stepmother called me to pick her up and I only live 5 minutes away. When I got there she was standing in the dark by herself there was no kind of lighting on for anyone's safety. She informed me that a few men stopped and tried to speak to her and she felt very unsafe and very vulnerable they could have stolen her purse and even harmed her and no one would have known. It's very sad when there drive just drops off his passengers and leaves without even thinking of their safety. It's sad that this company only thinking about the customers money 💰 and doesn't care about their safety. Would they be doing this if it was one of their family member 🤔. Very disappointing in this company. They should care more for their customers and not the money.
