Called 5 days prior to make an appointment and when I arrived they told me I’d still have to wait 1.5 hours. Guy told me they marked me as a “drop off”. I told him on the phone I can’t leave and need to wait. This is the second time it’s happened. Don’t bother calling ahead of time. Your time clearly isn’t valued. The first time I dropped off for a simple oil change I didn’t get my vehicle back till 6 hours later. Don’t bother being proactive. Kill your entire day and drop off if you’re able. Don’t take their word when you call ahead of time.

Joe the manager was super nice to me, and he got me in for my oil change without an appointment, great customer service and very professional staff, would definitely recommend.

HORRIBLE. Was referred to NASA by front desk because the front desk person felt they couldn't fix my issue. Didn't ask symptoms or general questions. Just flat out said NASA. Most likely because my last visit I had to correct them on their repair work. Do not go here.

Karam and the entire staff were great. We had a tire go out, they got us in immediately, and we had the car back with in less than a couple hours. They even went to another location to pick up the model tire we needed because they didn’t have it in stock. Great pricing as well
