There was a mix up on our reservation. but Theresa took care of it right away. Great job staff As for the resort place is really big very well kept. our room was nice beds were comfortable. The game room was very hot guessing due to all the lights inside not a big deal. And the pool /lazy river water was too cold hot tub was great tho. We would recommend staying at three bears.

Wonderful water park. Friendly staff. I'm sure they didn't notice people smoking in outside hot tub. Clean and accommodating room except for crumbs in fold out bed and chair cushion. 45 minute wait for food on a Friday night with only a couple tables taken. Was told to go somewhere else.

Our room is great. Two sets of bunk beds and very spacious for the money. Exceeded my expectations, though sleeping bags on the bunk beds was odd. The water park has also been lots of fun with just enough variety for my 4 and 7 year olds. A nice size for a family with it not being too big. The restaurant selection has been very disappointing with only one option for lunch (pool side restaurant with two people working) to feed an entire resort. We ended up driving to the gas station instead. There was a breakfast Buffett on Sat morning that was decent. But the little cafe/coffee shop hasn't been staffed all weekend either. Overall extremely short staffed at the resort and notable deferred maintenance. Bring your own towels- there were never any available and they are tiny. Bring own life jackets and cash/card to the pool. Room charges are not available. Bar requires cash. I would come back, just better prepared with our own food options and expectations set accordingly. It's a nice drive for us and half the price of many other competing water parks in the Dells or twin cities.

I'm writing this review sitting in our poorly cleaned room writing this review only 2 hours after arriving. We arrived checked in efficiently got to our room kids pumped to swim changed and got to the water park in record time only to find out the kids water park is shut down as well as the pool with the basketball hoops and the water log crossing game. We decided to make the most of it and hit the lazy river and wave pool followed up by the hot tub which has the outdoor option (I love that!) Ava 7 and Hunter 6 obviously bored of this quickly so we decided to pack it in and try again tomorrow. We got back to the room changed and went for a late dinner arriving at the restraunt 1878 that is on site excited to try the "3 Bears signature special burger" the 3B burger (that boasts 3 meats!) only to be turned away by the host. To go orders only... I believe the manganese and staff wanted an easy night and unfortunately cut everything short regardless of the experience this creates for the guests. This was an impromptu trip to cheer the family up after having to put our cherished pet down the previous day. You gladly accepted our money to stay at the property we should've been able to enjoy it. But tomorrow is another day and we will remain positive. I can't change my previous experience but hopefully they can still turn it around. Fortunately Marco's down the road welcomed us in for dinner.

They actually have 2. One at the indoor opposite the kiddie pool. Then the indoor outdoor one Joe speaks of. I love this place it is a more laid back dells.
We stayed in a, 4 bedroom, loft. The 4 bedrooms have queen size beds, loft had 4 twins, 2 living rooms each has a full futon and 2 small chair futons that make a twin each. Roughly 16 people could stay, we had 15, unless you bring some air mattresses. Roughly $400/night for this one during summer. We stayed 4 nights. 2 kitchens, 1 each floor. 3 full bathrooms. Very nice place, we will stay here again.
Tyran, yes, we are open. Check our website for details, hours and how we are keeping guests safe or give us a call at 608-378-2500. https://threebearsresort.com
Hi tonya! Three bears is a separate entity from the dells experience so you would not get those passes with your stay. Noah's ark is still about an hour and twenty minutes south of three bears
Check out their website and get on their email list. They are running deals all the time
It's really a good buffett. Don't know what time it starts though.
Yes, it was like a restaurant. You can walk up and eat. I'm not sure about the cost since it's been months since I've been there.
They actually have both hotel rooms and cabins. The cabins were absolutely beautiful
Yes. As long as you have the proper wristband.
Our cabin had towels for the number of guests. The water park provides towels as well for use there.
It includes both swim areas. The indoor is a good size waterpark. The out door pool is nice but rather small with two small slides. But price includes the bracelets for waterpark entry.
No not at the lodge. The city of Tomah does it's not far.
There is a resort fee and it is NOT included in the listed rate. Honestly their pricing is rather deceptive. You can assume you will be paying a lot more than they list.
Policy says no. But I noticed a lot of bags going in that had more than towels and water toys in them. There is a pizza/ small restaurant in the water park.
You can pay to use the pools at Three Bears without being a guest of the resort.
