Long wait in the drive through, chicken horribly overcooked and all dark meat, 3 wings in an 8 piece order. I did not get my mashed potatoes and gravy. The chicken was so overcooked the bones fell apart. They don't answer the phone. Way to expensive for what you get. With all the 1 and 2 reviews I can't believe the 3.3 rating. The employees must write fake reviews !

The drive thru was not busy the lobby was not busy, and they still manage to forget about my order they say it was going to be done in 5 minutes took over 20 minutes, do not recommend this location...

We ordered 2 neals, no napkins given no spoon/fork for our mashed potatoes, no straws for our drinks. Terrible attitude, we ordered 2 2-pices meal the breast one ,we got a wing and thigh. We're definitely not recommending to no one. Awfully bad. 😞

They were very busy but did a great job and still got food out quite quickly. The serving sizes are definitely smaller but is a sign of the times. Good for a KFC
