This review is strictly based on Best Buy's delivery service, not customer service (which was excellent). I placed an online order that said it would be delivered the next day to my work (since I didn't know if I'd be home in time to receive it). I waited at my place of work only to receive an email saying "delivery failed, business closed". Not only were the lights on and doors unlocked but they never even attempted to enter the building; I don't even know if they ever came down the street. As soon as the delivery "fails" Best Buy doesn't even offer to hold it at the store for pickup, they just immediately cancel the order. Because of that I had to call customer service to get the order replaced due to the discount no longer being available. Customer service worked out great but you need to do better with your delivery service Best Buy.

Anything involving technology, I love! So I'm probably being biased based on my review and rating. But customer service is always great and if ever on the off chance they don't have what I need, they never hesitate to point me in the right direction whether it be online or to another store. In and out.. quick and easy every time. Love it!
