Unfortunately, we were planning a memorial service for a loved-one and securing a Banquet Room on short notice would be difficult. Lupe (Community Service Coordinator) explained the staffing challenges that the pandemic has presented and agreed to contact neighboring centers in efforts to accommodate 1 of our requested dates. Within 30 minutes, I received a call-back from Lupe with heartwarming news. She was able to secure staffing at the Heritage Neighborhood Center and satisfy our 1st requested date. While preparing for the service and testing audio/video equipment, several trips were made back and forth to the center. Each time, we were greeted by friendly staff (Noah & Aleesa) who exhibited patience while my family debated about setup arrangements. We were never rush and all of our questions were answered in details. The day of our service, Aleesa and Lupe were present to provide any additional last minute request. Our check-out process was smooth and effortless. My family was extremely pleased and delighted by the Heritage Neighborhood Center. My city made me proud!

Lifeguards have stopped being such little sh*ts. Unfortunately price increases in July will make it harder for families to give their kids a safe place to play and escape the heat.

They have alot of activities for the kids and they have a pool that you can go swimming to get out of the Heat staff is really friendly.
