You'd think Fontana water is GOLD for what this greedy company charges for water it's DISGUSTING. And you can't even pay by debit at the window . They charge "A convenience fee of $2.50 what a joke

Rosa, (sup)caroll, and (sup)mario have extremely unprofessional and very bad attitudes. Caroll and rosa lied to me and teied to tell me my water was turned off outside of work hours after my water was mistakenly turned off, still made me pay a reconnect fee. I dont understand why people come to work mad at the world and/or thrive off being in a position of power to play with people's well being. Not only that their phone lines were not working properly the day prior when i tried to make my payment. They all lack proper communication, people skills, and seem thrive off having control off having the power to control your habitable environment. People just dont treat people theyvway they want to be treated. What is this world coming to. Just sad but they all need prayers and should work on becoming happy individuals so they can enjoy getting up in the morning.

The WORST customer service. I've only seen females work here I am starting to think they discriminate against hiring men. These ladies need to recognize they're in Fontana. Luckily they are behind a glass window. I hope the Owner & City reads this. A real attitude adjustment is needed along with dress code.

Horrible customer service .. i just moved to Fontana and i received horrible service here. I paid my bill via online banking (which they told me previously i could do) well i get home today and my water is off. The the rude lady on the phone tells me when you do bill pay it takes 7-10 days. What the heck why wasn't i told this the first time i did. We had to rush down there and pay a 25.00 reconnection fee because we have 4 kids to give showers. All the lady kept telling me on the phone is "your water is off" like really you don't think i knew that. All i have to say is all the people i have encountered there are very rude. GET WITH THE TIMES ACCEPT AT , HAVE ONLINE BILL PAY , HAVE OVER THE PHONE PAY. Words of advice don't ever type in Fontana's address on ur bill pay through your bank. You will regret it.

Find a college that offers water treatment or water distribution courses. Valley College in San Bernardino does. It costs around 170 per class. After taking thay course and passing, take a state exam. If you have the syate certificate for both water treatment and distribution, a water company somewhere, will hire you.

If your bill already arrived in red and says that for such a day you cut the water you can call and they give you an extension to pay in a week. After that week you have to pay or they cut your water.
