Positive: The location enabled us to avoid LA traffic and get out of California quickly Negative: The hotel was overly expensive and was well worn and in need of a refresh. Only paper cups in the room and they dissolved when water was added. Only half of the menu in the restaurant was available. It was more of a sandwich shop. Furniture was worn.

Hair Dazzle complete hair care

This was the worst experience ever I was here in a business trip and was completely disappointed in the property, several things such as kids playing unable to sleep, pillows dirty, hot tub dirty, cigarette butts through out the hotel and trash left for days. Big ride trucks out side with loud engines starting up all night truckers sleeping in the truck. Save your self the trouble of not being able to relax during your stay and expect complete filth this is not even a 3 star hotel I will never use this property again. I have pictures of everything But it will not allow me to post them. The manager was not available for 3 days.

Nice staff. No bell hop. Clean rooms, although they could use a little touching up. Great water pressure. Nice breakfast, but rather limited dinner options. This is the only place I would even consider staying at in Fontana, as everything else is pretty sketchy.

Positive: The staffs willingness to accommodate our needs Negative: Placing family with children above our room. Next time I will request top level room above the other floors. As the hotel can not manage how parents manage their children's behavior.
