I heard good things about this location form multiple people, but my experience was not very enjoyable. The whole experience just felt uninviting. I had an appointment on a Wednesday at 12:30. when I walked, it was slammed but that was a good thing right? When I checked in with the young receptionist, her attitude was extremely negative and the tone in her voice was sharp and uninviting. So now my first impression had ruined my mood. I proceed to sit and wait 10-15 minutes past my appointment slot, but I get it, they were busy. So now I’m getting frustrated. I opted for the $68 gel deluxe pedicure, and everything was nice. But my mood had already been ruined from the get go. Fast forward 3 days and the gel polish is already peeling off. It’s unfortunate because I heard such wonderful things about this place, and it’so really close to home. But I will not be returning for services.

Hit or miss with this place. Sometimes my nails will look great but sometimes they don’t (nipped skin, polish doesn’t cover full nail, misshaped nails) The staff is very nice and prices are comparable! Don’t forget cash - cash tips only!

I have been on the hunt for a good nail salon for awhile. I feel like most places just rush you in and out. At the polish room, they make you feel like a real person. They listen to what you want and make sure that your experience is comfortable. The prices are a little higher, but I realize that you get what you pay for. I am really happy with the services they provide. There are so many services options with available add on services, so that you can pick and choose to customize what you get. The girl at the front desk is always so nice and welcoming. With service like this, it's no wonder they are usually pretty busy. I always find it best to make an appt before I go.

I cannot say enough good things about the polish room!! My 20 year old daughter has autism and is mostly nonverbal, we decided to see if she would tolerate a pedicure (her first ever )Tia, Ben and all the ladies she came in contact with were not only friendly, gentle and understanding of her needs but so so accommodating. By the end of her session the staff and patrons were all walking by encouraging my girl. The receptionist brought her water and candy and made her smile. I was in happy tears when we left our first mommy and daughter spa day ❤️We now have a standing appointment and she looks forward to her time at the polish room. Thank you all for your kindness to my special girl in a world where sometimes people are not so nice Grateful mommy
