Once you do OTF you'll have a hard time doing any other workout. I love the Laguna Niguel location: clean, amazing staff and experienced coaches. Highly recommend OTF.

OT Laguna Niguel has transformed my outlook and motivation with fitness. I love the concept and structure of their workouts. It really is for all sizes and ages. I was a little intimidated at first to try, but very soon felt that my level of fitness was supported and all levels welcome. This is such a supportive community! Lauren, who is the manager, has encouraged me along my journey. I started with 8 classes a month but now go all of the time with unlimited classes. I am thrilled with my results and the way I feel. I have lost 6 pounds so far. It’s coming off slowly and staying off. The whole staff is just wonderful. From everyone at the front who greet you to the instructors. Coach Nik is just awesome! Nik’s voice is always encouraging and always giving alternative options to the workouts, which I need. One of my favorite workouts at OT is Nik’s Friday classes because the music is fantastic and fun! You don’t want to miss this class! Coach Brit always gives me an encouraging smile and checks in on me! I strive to be strong like Brit. Coach Jonathan’s enthusiasm and supportive energy always, always makes me do more! Coach Erin is just so much fun! All coaches are truly wonderful! I’m writing this review because I’m passionate about my fitness journey at OT. ❤️
