Very filthy place; literally! Dirt everywhere, some of that dirt it can’t be just months I believe it’s more than year! machine broken, plumbing problems. Practically everything. Just look at the pictures I just included. They must replace the management asap and of course the staff. They all useless! I’m speechless

Steam room very dirty People don’t change shoes or work out Clothes. Smells very bad. Not only that a lot of people vape on the pool deck and after I mentioned that on the front deck guy told me that they can do what ever they would like to do as long as they outside! Nice!!!!

Last night was my first time in one of your gyms in Laguna Niguel and a short guy in front desk with tattoos on his arms was so rude with us he has a really bad costumer service. The manager came to us she so nice and she offered me 3 days trial then after I finished to visit the gym the same guy was in the front desk he gave me mi ID and I asked him about the 3 days pass then he said that the manager left and she didn’t left anything for you. To be honest this is a bad image for your business just to let you know.
