Good food but the Employees ruin the experience with their poor attitudes. The workers say nasty things about you in Spanish thinking you don’t know their language. Yeah we heard that lady.

I got in to the store at 5PM on Sunday to pickup my online order. I was out at 6:20PM. No one apologized to me for the long wait and when I asked them who is the manager at the location, everyone started to speak Spanish and no one came forward to give me the name. This location is horrible and if you care about your time and money, stay away from this location.

They did pretty good and were quick, but they got my order wrong and I didn't realize it until I got home. Update July 2022: I appreciate that El Pollo Loco responded to my review. I have to emphasize that we have been coming to this location for a long time and still come to this location often and they have usually been great.

The food is great. The service sucks. No matter how many times I tell them they get my drive through order wrong. I don't order anything special. Right off the menu. Get to the window and pay. Then they tell you to pull forward and park and forget about you. Then you walk in and they still mess it up.
