Knowledgeable. Helpful. Bring them some leaves that look weird from your garden & they can diagnose & recommend a solution plus give you tips on implementing that solution so it most of effective solved your problem.

I was on a trip from Portland Oregon and so thankful I stopped by Armstrong Garden Center! John the assistant manager provided me with outstanding customer service! He helped me over the phone making sure he had the plant I was looking for. Then assisted me when I got there with getting the oversized plant prepared for a plane ride back home to Portland. Thank you very much!! The plant made it and I had no problems with getting it on the plane! Definitely recommend this place and hope to visit your location soon!

SJC Armstrong is a terrific nursery!! They have an enormous selection of indoor and outdoor plants... Also an impressive amount of pots to choose from. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I've been there twice and will continue to drive a little farther for the selection and ease.

The staff wears masks and most shoppers do, too. They sanitize the shopping carts and any other surfaces that need to be sanitized. It's easy to maintain space because it's a large garden center and most of its outdoors.

I ordered a Kumquat tree online 10 days ago. So far, all I've received from you, after acknowledging the purchase, is radio silence. What's up with that? Do you have the tree? Now I've been on hold with SJC for 20 minutes...and counting '-/

They were very quick with my purchase and curbside pick up last week. However, they were crazy busy with walk ups. Keep on holding. They are just overwhelmed.

I have tried to sign 2 people up for the 10/20 pumpkin and succulents classes at SJC for the past three days and the system will not let me pay. When I come to the credit card section, all I get is a rotating circle on the screen. What's the deal?

I'm not sure if an inventory would be available online, but the staff is pretty knowledgeable of what plants they do have there, I would call. They helped me with info on orchids.
