Reviews are all about personal experience and therefore vary based on who you’re dealing with. Here’s my mixed bag: Had a really bad experience with Nick, the manager of the sales team, even cancelled my ordered car and waited months to get it at another VW dealer. Ask for Buddy if you want a sales guy who cares. But the service team is great. Not pretentious or overly polite but straight talkers. Honest, courteous and knowledgeable. My go-to guy is Brad. He remembers my car and makes suggestions on how to safe money. Prices are obviously a bit higher than a small independent shops but for a dealer they are somewhat reasonable.

Always a pleasure coming to Capo VW, the staff is always friendly and wants the best for their customers! Brad the service manager I believe was extremely helpful, and made sure to communicate with me about my car. I highly recommend getting your Volkswagen here considering if you ever need a service the team makes the experience great!

From the moment we walked into the facility, the customer service was superb. Our salesman was helpful, answered all our questions. The sales manager was just as helpful. What was great, they were not pushy. They were just there to answer our questions. Financing was quick and smooth, got used a great rate. Best car buying experience I have ever had!! Things that are good: The front desk person was respectful/nice, and the facility is clean. It would get 4/5 stars for that, however, I have an older vehicle. Things that were not good: I was charged for 2 inspections of problems that I already knew existed on my car just for them to tell me there was a problem, not even for them to fix it or explain more into it. I needed a part replaced apparently, and they upped the cost to an exorbitant amount to the point that I believed it is not worth repairing my vehicle. Then when I went to pick up my car, they literally asked me, "So have you considered that it's maybe time to get a new car?" If I could afford a new car during a pandemic then I wouldn't be driving this one, and trying to make it work. They didn't even reset the checks on the dashboard after the maintenance they did perform. So this is a reminder to all who do not have warranty on their Volkswagen anymore to not go here. You will be charged for everything higher than other places (I know because I checked afterwards). Go find a mechanic that you trust to work and care for your vehicle as much as you love it. This is not the place for you. For the record, I have used them multiple times in the past, and over the years they have slowly been increasing their prices as my car has gotten older. Don't go here unless under warranty.
