Every single employee there needs to fired, all of them are rude and not helpful at all. And when you ask questions they start getting mad. This jus shows how the government treats regular citizens, yet we pay them with our taxes.

A trip to the courthouse is never fun! The only one smiling is the tree next to the entrance.

I had an appointment on 2/10/21 at 1:15 during the pandemic. I got there 10 minutes early, no one is in line and the window I'm supposed to be at is closed. Initially, neither of the two ladies at the next closest windows offered a greeting or help. The first lady I asked for help, passed me onto the next, who was tapping away on her computer. She asked what time and window was my appointment, then told me to wait for the 10 minutes. I could not see a reason for her not to stop and help me first, she seemed to make me wait just to exert her job position in a tyranical manner. She was helpful enough to let me know my worthless public defender could have just called for me. Thanks nice to know these over paid employees hate to serve the public who pay ther wages

I filled out the form for "Petition for Grandparents Rights." I dropped it off. A few days later I received them back stating I was "missing a form and not complete." But did not state which form was missing. I tried calling self help. I.could not get a call back from self help or anyone. I filled out the forms they send me.The phone number I was referred to would not help. If they review my document why not mark the error or what's missing? Make a comment. It would take but a minute. I do appreciate that they told me about the grandparents visitation forms. FCrecievedd them back stating missing form but they didn not state, which form was missing.ived

Yes but depends how old it is. If it is older than 5 years you may have to pick it up the next day
Need certified copy of divorce paper KD017486
The divorce is 2004, can I still get a copy of the decree?
No, you have to go to the Records office in the county you were born. For Los Angeles it's in Norwalk.
no, west covina for uds
You can go to the website LACourt.org and you can search by name if there is a case filed against you
U can also google free legal services expungements. There are a number of org tht help with this for free or for a small fee
There is an information window on the first floor to the right, they will tell you everything you need to do and provide the paperwork if needed
Just ask the people at the court office. Window 10. They will tell you what to do. You might have to pay for copies.
Yes
Hi Olga! No you do not. Only a mask is required. Have a blessed day!
Bryant T. Yang
On the side u have to pay parking ..or they will towe ur car
Yes. Call this number to talk to the clerks office. 9098021100
Maybe call the court. Or go online. Or if you have public defender call that person.
You got to go into the courthouse and then go to the clerk and ask them
Pkease check with your attorney.
Yes but not all departments
Go in to see civil clerk. There is a separate line to sign a form to see your case file. Most likely your old case has been imaged. They set you up at a computer. Find your final decree and pay for copy.
https://www.courts.ca.gov/1264.htm?rdeLocaleAttr=en Fill out forms, file those forms in court , and serve the other person and show up to court on the date that the clerk gives you.
No
None unless you have someone's extension. And court hose is open till 5pm but you can't get in after 4:30pm doors are locked
What kind of case is it

Clerks office room 101
Pomona superior does not issue marriage licenses. You have to go to the Norwalk courthouse.
Clerks office first floor to the right. Once you go in , the civil side which is at the end of the clerks office. the right line for documents. Sign in to see your case file and print there and pay for print
Warrant or not, just walk in and go to the window at the clerk's office and set up a court date. They will gi e you one. Better than getting pinched by police and having them set you one while you're in jail.
As long as you dont do it yourself and have server prep the proof of service fl-335. Then take original proof of service to court and file it. I am not an attorney.
Yes
Head over to the Clerk's Office and use one of the Public PC's and you can print out whatever documents you would like and pick it up from one of the Windows..
Go to LACourt.org & look for employment link
Since you receive Social Security disability benefits, you will be granted a fee waiver. Fill out the forms.
Go to the court, and go to the 7th floor and they will help you fill out the application, however they have a weird schedule for helping to fill out applications so you might really want to go to at least ask for the times. The clerks office isn't very helpful. Calling for information is useless because it's automated
I would suggest you call and speak with a Clerk honestly since its from 30 years ago
No
Online at courts.ca.gov and there's a guide to filling pro per (without an attorney)
Ranch I cucamonga is the closest court that does this
I like to know my next court date in Pomona courts David phlip alvarez
If it's LA County...I believe you'd have to go to Norwalk for that
