My packages don't arrive on time. First the tracking says it will arrive on Friday, then Saturday, then Monday. For Monday there's no info just delayed and nothing else. This is rabbit food. I'm disabled and it's difficult to go out. This is an ongoing problem.

The hours of operation just suck!!! But the employees are very helpful and friendly. The hours of operation are posted online but not very clear. You can show up and pick up an item after 12pm from the information I was told by the employees.

They arranged the appointment for me to pick up around 7 and 8pm but when I went there I wait like hours and didn't see anyone!!!!..... I drove almost 2 hours come to pickup a package and waste my time!!!!! This company is a joke!

We have ordered item from Amazon, which was scheduled by UPS to deliver to our store. They have attempted to deliver several times, but can't find our store in the Mall. The last attempted to deliver the package was scheduled @ 4:53 am. This is really rediculous to deliver the package @ 4:53am. The mall is not even open til 10 am. I tried to call UPS to request them to transfer our package to the location where near by my house. But I tried 5 times and Amazon representative tried to call them. No one answer the phone. This is not a good business service. Hopefully they will change the way of doing business.

Are you judging the entire hub and the people employed there based off one or two experiences you've had? This particular location I know first hand goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. Maybe you didn't reach out to the right department.... I am uncertain of what happened but I will tell you if you get to the right person it will get handled properly. And as far as professional goes, they are nothing short of it.

Had to do a claim. Package missing. Hope this isn't an ongoing problem. UPDATE: Another package delivery problem. UPS claims the address is wrong. Called the seller and was informed that she was having problems with UPS charging $18 for wrong delivery addresses when the addresses were correct from the start. Now seller is considering another delivery service.

I don't know your circumstances, But I went this place to ship a antique ww2 rifle. And my experience was excellent they handled and packed it extremely careful and I paid for ground service from Cali To Virginia And it got there the very next day. 👍It was crazy very satisfying.

Call UPS and asked to speak with someone about filing a claim for a package that has been lost. UPS will find your package. If in the event they cant find it. They will send you paperwork to file. Insurance claim. The other option is to call the company you purchased the item and tell them you never received the package. They will resend you the package or they will reimburse you your money.
