AVOID THIS PLACE / NO USE ESTE LUGAR Ughhhh, I ended up using USPS to send a package to South America. By the way, the insurance for my package was about $14.00 !! Not the whole cost of the package the crook wanted to charge me. Don’t go there, do your research and don’t get fooled by this place. Update to the DHL Reply: When asked about how much was the insurance cost was, the answer was $237.00. I don’t have the need to make stuff up, but this place ownership probably think consumers don’t do research. Fyi, this is not the first time I use DHL to send stuff; I just had a feeling that your employee was taking advantage. He probably does that all the time. That’s all 2nd Update: I used a different provider and I ended up paying $168.00 to send the same 20 lbs package and guess what, it included insurance. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! Do your research. You don’t believe me? I will send you a picture of the receipt if you need it.

Horrible experience! The guy who works here was incompetent and rude. He proceeded to tell me to close my package, but the directions clearly say don’t close package until DHL has checked it. He lacked the comprehension skills of a first grader. Don’t trust anything of value to this place. I took my package and left. When I told him I would be leaving a review he said, “go ahead” and began yelling and screaming at me. What a lowlife.

Super professional super friendly, best local DHL stand in the area. They also sell bottled water too!

I had to send a package to a family member in Managua, Nicaragua. Given the current situation with Covid-19 and flights being blocked in certain countries -all the usual avenues for shipping have been curtailed. On top of this, the political unrest in Nicaragua, makes it that more complicated. So, after researching several places.. i was impressed by the customer service i received over the phone (i had a million questions). I decided to plug the address in my navigation and go check it out in person. First impression when i walked in. Store signage read Water (on top) and DHL (on the bottom). I was a little confused but, knew i was in the right place. As soon as i walked in, I was greeted with a smile. I had more questions since it was my first time using DHL. They were so patient and walked me through the entire process. How it works, what to expect, worst case scenarios, customs , taxes... i mean everything. I also noticed as customers would walk in... they also were greeted and told that they would be right with them. No better feeling than being acknowledged. They actually took my items and packaged them, measured, weighed, and taped securely. I was surprised at how expensive it was, but felt it was worth the cost, for the security, and care they were going to take with my package. The staff was kind enough to let me know that there was a 10% discount with a yelp check in. WAT .. i love Yelp, that's how i found them in the first place. I was so thankful for the discount. Why u should pay this local business a visit: 1. They're covid-19 compliant, they wear and require masks, no more than two customers inside at a time, kind, informative, helpful. Even the handling of filling water was handled perfectly. It's posted that only staff can refill/fill water. 2. They also provide so many other services such as reverse osmosis filtered water, mailbox service, key making, Real Estate Buying/Selling , and probably many others i didn't get a chance to learn about. 3. Family owned business, ran by a father and son, Military family, Business has been part of the community for well over 20 years. Support local , support good people, support community business ..... it's worth the kharma points and it's the right thing to do.
