I am surprised to see some 1 star rating on the reviews; I have a great experience with them. Three months ago, before I went to overseas trip, I called and asked to stop my service, the lady was friendly and emailed me the application form, later on she emailed me and told me to put my old bins out and they would take back the old bins and stop the service. Everything went smoothly. 4 days ago, I emailed them to apply for new service, within a few hours, they called me back, the lady was friendly too, I asked if it is possible to start my service a few days later on 7/1/22? She said yes and told me the new bins would be delivered on 7/1/22. Yes, the new bins were delivered on 7/1/22! Darlene is the friendly customer service lady! Good job!

My Truck was hit by a driver in this company he called his supervisor Christian Hernandez to come and take a look . I asked him for the information of the Driver in the vehicle , Christian Hernandez denied me the information of the driver instead giving me the contact info of “safety supervisor “ Albert Moreno . He then informed me that they’re insurance deductible was “astronomical “ and told me to go and receive estimates from auto body shops and they would write me a check so they don’t have to go through insurance . Once i did and sent them to him via email he calls me and tells me estimates are to high for him . Then proceeds to tell me he’s going to send it to insurance all of a sudden DAYS after the accident . Very unprofessional for a “ Safety Supervisor “.

On 02/01 2022, i received a charge from vvs and surprisingly found there’s a $10 increase in my trash bill. I called vvs and vvs said, we sent out a notice and here is their notice. On their notice, they didn’t provide how much the rate increase is gonna be and failed to notice the customers that there’s a $10 increase for every quarter.

The driver of this truck was driving recklessly on Thursday, April 8, 2021 up Colima RD (in the middle of construction) in Whittier going towards Hacienda Heights as it turned into one lane. He was intimidating drivers by driving recklessly towards their rear bumpers and everyone had to move out of his way. I think he was in a hurry. These pictures were taken in the intersection of Colima/Hacienda in Hacienda Heights.

It depends on what city you are in. Where do you live?
Hi, thank you so much for complimenting our driver! We don't typically give out the drivers' names for safety reasons, but we will pass on the compliment.
Hello, normally each customer gets 3 carts. The pricing for extra carts depends on the color of the additional cart and also the city you live in. The best way for us to help you is to know your address. If you call our customer service department, we'd be able to get you an exact price quickly over the phone. Call us anytime Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (800) 442-6454.
It depends on what city you live in. Where do you live?
We would need your address in order to review your account to see when your next trash service is.
We'd need your address or account number to give you a quote. Please give us a call at (800) 442-6454.
Yes, we are working normal business hours today.
Yes they will
Next August
Yes, today we are operating under normal business hours.
Hi Judy, you can check out https://www.paintcare.org/ to find a drop-off location near you, or attend one of the free hhw collection events put on by LA County Public works every Saturday. https://pw.lacounty.gov/general/enotifyCalendar/Calendar.aspx
Those would be considered Household Hazardous Waste items, which we don't dispose of. You would need to call (888) CLEAN-LA or go to CleanLA.com to find a collection site near you.
Hi Allen, you can either call into Customer Service at (800) 442-6454 or go to https://www.valleyvistaservices.com/dumpster-rental/ to request a free quote. We do need to verify the materials you'll be disposing of.
Hi, thank you for your interest in Valley Vista Services' fleet. We don't typically share information on trucks we invest in on public forums such as this, but we are able to help with services and general questions. If you ever need help with something, give us a call directly at (800) 442-6454.
Hi Sherrylynn, as long as the refrigerator compressor is free of any liquid like freon or oil you can dispose of it in the trash.
Yes
Yes
It depends on your jurisdiction, we have provided kitchen food pails for certain cities but regardless if you resident in one of those areas or not, you can just use any small container to collect your food scraps. We just ask that you use either a clear plastic bag or compostable bag to put the food scraps in, and then when you're ready to take it out tie a knot in the bag and place inside the green waste cart.
Yes they can, they're actually perfect for that. FYI right now you don't have to use biodegradable bags. Any clear, plastic bags are fine.
That's a great question! Now that California has rolled out this new food waste recycling program, we would recommended putting the dropped fruit into a bag and then into your green waste bin, so that way it can be processed separately.
No it is normal service schedule this week.
Are you using the correct site? It's https://myvvs.com/
We would need your address to confirm. We only handle street sweeping for a few small areas, not all our cities.
we need your address
Hi, that would actually be considered hazardous waste, so please call (888) CLEAN-LA or got to CleanLa.com for proper disposal. Thank you.
Green waste
Please direct message us your address so that we can better assist you. Thank you!
The cleanup for Hacienda Heights is going to be March 5th for Monday and Tuesday schedule. And March 12th for Wednesday/Thursday/Friday schedule. We mailed out flyers already so you should've received that in the mail.
Hi Patricia, please continue separate as this is only temporary due in response to the impact COVID. We will actually resume to 3 service trucks recycling starting this Monday, February 1. Thank you
We service different cities which have annual cleanups, some of which are in the spring/summer. We also provide bulky item pickups and dumpster rentals to assist with spring cleaning.
Hi Oscar, are you referring to automatic payments? You can sign up for that and do all payments at myvvs.com or you can call us and we'll set it up for you.
Hi Frank, can you send us your address and phone number so we can contact you with that information?
Hello Josh, yes we do mixed waste processing so everything will be sorted at our facility.
Are you asking about continuing service for a resident that has passed? If you can provide your phone number we can call you back and discuss with better accuracy.
Hi Mary Lou, the next annual cleanup for city of El Monte is scheduled for October 5th-9th, 2020. But the next Bulky Item Sweepstakes is February 22nd. Here's the flyer for that event: https://www.valleyvistaservices.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/Bulky_Item_Flyer_Feb_A.pdf
You should call (888) Clean-LA or visit www.CleanLA.com.
You can dispose of that at our Grand Central Recycling & Transfer Station on 999 S. Hatcher Ave. in City of Industry.
Call and schedule a bulky pick up
Hi James, we'd need your address and account number in order to look up the service and see what happened. Please give our customer service a call and we'll be happy to fix this for you. (800) 442-6454.
Call the company n make the order
You can only throw the wood and the coal but even they can give you a number where you can take the paint
Hi Martha, yes your payment is confirmed and the driver is on schedule to service you. If you have any other questions about your account feel to contact us directly at (800) 442-6454 Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. Have a great day!
Sure! Just give our Customer Service Department a call and we'd be happy to schedule that for you. Contact us directly at (800) 442-6454 Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Hi Scott, not sure what city you're in but typically you would need to schedule that separately as a 'bulky item'. We could arrange to pick it up the same day as your normal trash day but it does need to be listed. If you give our customer service department a call at (800) 442-6454 we'd be happy to help you! We're open Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.
Awesome question! Actually, yes Ulises is correct. We have many trucks that are used for different purposes, and licensing needed to drive those trucks varies as well. So depending on our needs, drivers are typically assigned to the trucks in route for those intended purposes.
They are doing it now. Call their customer service and they will let you know how it works
You have to call and find out? We drivers don't know that info yet till next week
call Valley Vista to have it remove. Thank you
Depends on the area you live in
Yes we do
Where would I be able to find this service.
Leave them outside call VVS and someone will pick them up
Put it out on your sidewalk within the next week, week and a half... on your regular pickup day
If your regular trash-up day was yesterday Monday, 12/25, then your pick- up will take place today Tuesday, 11/26.
