Everything has always been great when I’ve gone before. except last draw. 😑 i was a phlebotomist for most of my career…so I have higher standards for skill. My veins are perfect so…just looking forward to one of the other phlebs drawing me next time.

Simply Wonderful

I've been going to Quest Crystal Lake since my first renal transplant over 15 years ago. Each month, I have a standing order for lab tests and come in for the drawing of blood, about a half-dozen tubes. After this time you'd think my veins would be shot, but they've always been able to get a good stick and results without multiple tries. They're friendly folks, and very good at what they do. I suspect most of those who gripe about waiting never bothered to make an appointment and simply came in as a walk-in - which is a good way to sit and wait - MAKE AN APPOINTMENT folks. They're convenient and do good work, and care about their patients. The "Karens" who carp about waiting need to examine themselves!
