Shannon Manager. Should be replaced for fraud waste and abuse. We spent over 1 hour rebuking over how to get her location to print the label. The final straw was after she stated" she could scan the bar code from my phone and then print the label. Then once inside she then changed her mind." I watched as selling of candy was prioritized rover tending to customers. Excuse after excuse of why 3 employees couldn't give me the free box's to return the Google products. Then attempted to blame google. It's ok we'll just tell Google to ship from UPS.

Old woman with glasses increased the dimensions on the package to increase the rate by $10, after calling her out she stated to take it to USPS then, we don't need your business in an arrogant manner. As I was leaving she was laughing with the other lady Amy about how USPS sucks. They are litterally taking advantage of the current shipping situation
