We stopped by Orange County Harley Davidson during our recent vacation. My spouse works for another dealer in New Mexico, so we like to stop and scope other dealers out during our travels. When we pulled up, I saw the PERFECT '18 Road Glide Special.. Exact color and set up that I have planned. The sales team was superb and super helpful in getting me a price and any information on the bike. Taylor, a newer sales woman, was incredibly personable and helpful. She understood we were on vacation and that I had to take some time to think about the purchase. Her follow up was spot on and she even took the time to send me pictures of the bike again, to really make the decision difficult. I decided not to purchase, only because I have the resources in my home state to find and build the bike here. The team at OCHD made that a hard decision to make, and Taylor was still so gracious even after I let her know I wouldn't be purchasing. I would buy from her in a heartbeat, if I was closer and didn't have access to a local dealer like I do. We will be back again and plan to make this dealer a part of our normal rounds.

Bought a 2021 Low Rider S from this dealership about a year ago. The buying process went very easy and this dealership has been great to me since with maintenance, ordering parts, and any questions I may have. I go out of my way to go to OC harley because of how great they are. My favorite harley davidson dealer for sure!

Very poor customer service from the parts department. I came into the dealership for a head gasket on my 94 sportster and after showing the parts rep my old part and pointing to it on their computer I had the part ordered. I was then told that even though one of their computers said they had it in stock my parts rep didn’t think they “actually” had it. 4 days later I get a call saying the part ordered had been superseded and that they had failed to order it and would call me back when they had found the right part. Never got a call back and after 2 days I call them(2 times because the first time i called their parts department I was asked to wait on hold and after 5 minutes of waiting I was disconnected on their end) to find out nothings been ordered still. After telling the parts rep that I wanted a refund he said “that’s probably good because we can’t get you your part” I won’t do any business with this dealership in the future, parts or otherwise

Words cannot express how grateful and thankful I am for being able to be served by such a great team at OC Harley Davidson!! Always receiving warm welcomes for everyone there. Joseph and Greg always taking care of me in sales, on a friend to friend basis, more like on a family to family basis and providing the most optimal support I could ever ask for out of a sales team! Gunner is one of the newer guys there and has such a great vibe and will do some good things. Lou in the parts department always getting me such sweet deals on parts and accessories as well. I can not and will not ever shop at any other Harley as long as this team is around. No I do not work here, I just can’t express how thankful I am for this team. If you are in the market for a new Harley or for a trade in to get you on new wheels, I wouldn’t hesitate and come check this dealership out. I scooped this Bike up on a Trade in for my Iron 883, and got an incredible deal on trade in and on the bike in general!
