Well lets say you purchase both a 500mg oil tincture and a 500mg lotion, they both have the same amount of cbd but the difference here is that when consuming the oil youre spreading the medical qualities throughout your whole body compared to when you utilize the cream youre utilizing its full effect in the one area that youd like the effects to take place. So in the case that you experience pain only in certain areas, like your knee, the lotion would be more effective for such situations.
