It was my first time looking for a storage facility and Mr. Juan Rivera was very helpful. I went to two other places before this cubesmart and I felt like I wasn't given any information. A very get in and get out sort of deal. However Juan was very sweet, helpful, informative and friendly. I want to look around more but to be honest I think this is going to be the place. I had never had to rent a storage unit before but had family go through awful experiences and I want to say that Cube Smart staff was very professional, courteous, friendly, and very helpful. The process during Covid-19 crisis was also very secure and customers and staff were very safe. I appreciate the attention I received and will definitely keep Cube Smart in mind for future storage needs.
