I only gave 1 start because I have to. These are the worst apartments I have every been in my 26 years of life. For starters i moved here November of 2020 and after doing my inspection i noticed my patio door was hard to open and even harder to close. I had to wait a month for them to even attempt to fix it and for them to tell me there was nothing they could do because the foundation in the building is messed up. Not they are constantly making "reserved" parking spots forcing everyone to park in visitor parking that is not paying 50.00 a month for a reserved spot. Then they will turn around and tow your car and say the visitor parking expired when I'm a Tenet here. Why should i be paying to park? DO NOT MOVE HERE THEY ARE A MONEY HUNGRY AND WILL DO ANYTHING TO GET EXTRA MONEY OUT OF YOU. NOTHING EVER GETS FIXED AND YOU WILL BE STUCK LIVING LIKE YOUR HOMELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My apartment was flooded (250 area) by their sprinkler system, they damaged my belongings and left my stuff outside. They are choosing not to replace a carpet that was wet for 4 days and Im sure there is a mold smell. Management personally told me they are not responsible for this “accident” and they will not replace the stuff that was personally damaged by maintenance.

The only major downside is the walls are incredibly thin. I can hear my neighbor's tv or if they move a dining room chair across the floor. They mowed the lawns today & despite being on the second floor, the sound was just as loud as if I was on the first floor with my windows open.

By far the worse appartments we've ever stayed at, management changes every 3months and there's also plumbing issues every month if not it's starting to be power issues. Then they talk to you like as if you don't pay rent when you call and inquire on these issues. Worst appartments ever. Seriously. stay. away.
