Best insurance company I've had. Everyone in John's office has been tremendously helpful and friendly with every interaction. I'm always impressed they know what policies I have without having to give them my last name or policy number, and they're on top of things so I don't have to be. For example, we had a payment card about to expire (we are enrolled in auto pay) and they called me before the card expired to get the new number. Insurance companies I've had in the past let the card expire, didn't contact me, and cancelled my policy before finally letting me know my payment didn't process. I'm working on transitioning all our insurance policies to this office, I've been so happy with the service. Easy to get a hold of, quick to respond, and go above and beyond to get my needs met.

I am very happy with this company and my agent John Kerkes. He is always available to answer my questions and takes the time to explain completely. I was so disgusted with Auto Club but thought it was the best bundle deal around. John gave me a great deal and was able to increase my coverage in my auto and home with saving me money to boot.
