Sold me 2 plates w bad old rice ready to spoil. No apology. Made me drive back after I picked it up for lunch. Refused to give full refund and argued the rice wasn’t bad and that we ate some of the food(coworker ate around the spoiled food). Horrible customer service. Has young teenngers working that could care less about customer service. Asked to speak to manager and he refused to speak to me?! What is that. Lost a customer that was loyal for years. But if you look at the recent reviews you see a lot of negative interactions. But they don’t care.

Rice was bland and tasted old and dry. The orange chicken was decent, meaty so its not all bread, but the portions were small considering how expensive it was. They also took up space in the already TINY carton by putting hard flavorless broccoli on top. If I could give zero stars I would. Even though the portion was less than half you would get at other restaurants for the same price my son and I had LEFTOVERS on a single plate bc it was so underwhelming that we didn't want to eat it.. Mind you, we were STARVING after driving all the way here from Houston. My advice, never ever go here.

This was really terrible, such a waste of money! The sesame shrimp was very hard. The order was wrong. Just overall not good. So disappointed since it had a good rating. I am never returning.

(Deep breath) This literally has to be the worst food I have ever eaten in my life. This doesn’t even constitute as Chinese food, hence me leaving “Chinese” out of their description. I have never written a review so negative in my life. The overall cleanliness of this place is absolutely disgusting. The food looks nothing like what’s posted on the menu. I feel ashamed for allowing this food in my body. I considered paying them to take my food back. I will never return here. I will never even consider this a place to eat even if for some insane reason it was the last place on Earth. I have never wasted my money on something so horrid in this life or my past 100 lives. Just writing this now I’m realizing the $10 spent here could have been shredded to pieces and I would have been more satisfied.
