Lousiest and ghettoest Whataburger I have ever been to and it’s not an isolated experience. I have given them a few chances, in case it was a fluke. The employees are rude and have an attitude for no reason, they don’t include common sense items like ketchup even if you ASK when you order fries, then are rude when you have to ask for some. I work in customer service too, they are gross and have the worst customer service. Go to any other Whataburger

I ordered via the mobile app and yet, they are just now preparing my order. What’s the point of ordering from the app if I’m still in this line waiting? On top of that, the two managers have time to start getting loud with the chatting while I’m still waiting.
